The objective of this program is to introduce the student to the basic skills and concepts of the Wing Chun System. By completion of the introductory stage, a student will be competent in the basic blocks and strikes of the art that are necessary for self-defense. These skills should only be used for self-defense.
This is beneficial for those who are training to go from no sash to White Sash as well as the more experienced student looking to review, reference, and drill the material.
No sash will be awarded due solely to the completion of this module, it is designed purely for training, practice, preparation, reference, and review.
