Dojo Danville (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides this mobile and web application to manage gym memberships, class scheduling, and payments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The app is built on the StudioDash platform, operated by App Me Developers LLC, which acts as our service provider for hosting, data storage, and payment processing.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

PAYMENT PROCESSING

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

  • Firebase (Google): authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
  • Stripe: payment processing.

  • Dojo Danville: gym owners and staff can see member profiles, attendance, and membership details.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Attendance and membership history is retained for gym record-keeping purposes. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account, export your data, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support options in the app.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The app is not directed at children under 13. Family accounts allow a parent or guardian to manage accounts for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
