The padding of this glove is divided  into sections, providing optimum flex and coverage while maintaining the  dexterity needed for MMA training – for example, while practicing  ground-and-pound, grappling, or moving into the clinch. The Grab Tab  feature allows you to easily tighten or undo the hook-and-loop straps,  or remove the gloves, even with tired and wrapped or gloved-up hands.
